14-Day Free Returns
We offer a full-money back guarantee on your order within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Intimates, underwear, or items worn directly on the skin.

Final sale or clearance items.
How to Start a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- While returns are easy, return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
Exchanges
We’re happy to help you exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Simply contact our customer support team to arrange your exchange.
Please note that while exchanges are easy, exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
In these cases, no exchange shipping fees will apply.
