For deliveries within Egypt, Aligned provides a full refund guarantee within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
For security reasons, customers are no longer allowed to open the package while the courier is present. That said, for domestic orders, Aligned offers refunds or exchanges within one week of delivery for a service fee of 20 EGP within Cairo and 30 EGP for other governorates.
